2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the hosting provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
Each time you visit the website, the web server automatically records information that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring URL, the browser and operating system used, and the amount of data transferred. This data is required to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free and secure operation of the website. Log files are deleted by the hosting provider after a short period, usually within seven days, unless longer storage is required to investigate a specific security incident.
3. Encryption
This website uses TLS encryption (HTTPS) to protect the transmission of your data. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
4. Security plugin
To protect the website against attacks, we use the WordPress plugin “All-In-One Security”. It processes the IP addresses of visitors and, in the case of failed login attempts or suspicious requests, records them in a log on our server. The data does not leave our server. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in protecting the website against misuse.
5. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide (name, email address, company name and your message) in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The data entered in the contact form is stored in the database of this website.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or to pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in responding to the enquiries we receive. We delete your data once your enquiry has been dealt with in full and no statutory retention obligations apply. Commercially relevant correspondence is retained for the statutory periods of six or ten years under German commercial and tax law (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO).
6. Spam protection with Akismet
To protect the contact form against spam, we use the service Akismet, provided by Automattic Inc., 60 29th Street #343, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA. When you submit the form, your entries, your IP address and technical browser information are transmitted to Akismet and checked for spam. Data may be processed in the USA. Automattic is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, on the basis of which an adequacy decision by the European Commission exists (Art. 45 GDPR). 7. YouTube videos
This website embeds a video from YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). According to YouTube, no cookies are stored on your device in this mode until you play the video. However, when the page is loaded, a connection to YouTube’s servers is established and your IP address is transmitted. When you play the video, YouTube may store cookies and process further usage data. Data may also be transmitted to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in an appealing presentation of our services. Insofar as information is stored on or read from your device, this is done on the basis of § 25(1) TDDDG with your consent, which you give by playing the video. 8. Fonts
All fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our server. No connection to external font services (such as Google Fonts) is established.
9. Link to Instagram
This website contains a link to our Instagram profile. Instagram is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. We do not embed any Instagram content or plugins on this website, so no data is transmitted to Instagram when you visit our pages. Data is only transmitted to Meta when you click the link and visit our profile on Instagram; Meta’s privacy policy then applies: privacycenter.instagram.com/policy.

This website does not use cookies for analytics, tracking or advertising. Technically necessary cookies are only set if you log in to the administration area of the website. Cookies set by the embedded YouTube video are described in section 7.
